I am a new patient to the Skin and Vein Care Center. I came to see Dr. Lee after abusing the veins in my legs for too many years. You couldn’t ask for a better surgeon. You have one leg done at a time. I just completed my second leg. I can now go up and down stairs without them getting tired. I have no problems working out on a treadmill. I went from having pains in my legs to no pain in either leg. Besides Dr. Lee, he has a great staff. They are always friendly, courteous and very helpful. Every time I would come into the office, they remember who I am. If I ever need the procedure done again, would I come back? Most definitely. Whenever you have a procedure done, you want to have confidence in the surgeon. Dr. Lee is one of the best.

The results of my leg treatment on both the right and left legs were much more than I would have expected. After the treatment, both my legs feel much better and look great cosmetically. My leg was swollen and then some, and now it is thin! No sores and no terrible looking veins everywhere! Dr. Lee is a miracle worker as far as I am concerned. He did a wonderful job on my leg and I would recommend anyone I know to go to him. The nurse was wonderful also. Very professional and caring about me. All of the front desk ladies are very good at their jobs and try to accommodate me in every way. Thanks to all of you! Compared with other medical offices I've seen, you top them all!

Am I pleased with the clinical result? Most definitely. Before treatment the varicose veins were sore and above surface and clustered. Now after treatment, varicose veins are gone, pain is gone, which is what I hoped for. Dr. Lee is very observing and caring physician. He assured me many times his endovenous laser treatment would solve the problem and it did! The surgical physician assistant took care to listen and related to me what the remaining treatment would be. In all, Dr. Lee and his staff are a dream team in the making. They are just terrific! Even if you have the least bit of anxiety, everyone there takes the time to explain exactly what’s happening, calmly and slowly. I felt very safe and confident with the staff. It wasn’t just like a doctor’s office that you go to; it really felt like a family there. They make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. The only thing I didn’t like were the goggles I had to wear during the procedure. The surgical physician assistant and the nurse were very personable and gentle and understanding of my discomfort. I had four different laser hair removal procedures and have had no hair since. I’d say that’s pretty good! There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like; everyone was very friendly. The physician’s assistant, The surgical physician assistant was very gentle during the prep work. The receptionist was very accommodating; I can only go after 3 o’clock and they always tried to get me in. The friend I recommended the practice to is just as thrilled as I am.

Am I pleased with the service I received? Oh yes absolutely. Where do I even begin? I always felt very comfortable; everyone in the office, even those who aren’t directly seeing you are always making sure you’re comfortable. They’re very attentive to pain tolerance and are very welcoming. Usually there’s that one person who isn’t so nice but at Dr. Lee’s everyone is just fabulous. I only have one day off a week and they always could squeeze me in last minute. Dr. Lee is incredibly meticulous, with such high expectations for his work. I was very pleased with the clinical results; I’m a hairdresser and some of my clients have had moles removed by dermatologists and when they saw what a good job Dr. Lee did, they got so jealous. I have sent 6 people to him and they are all very happy.

Totally satisfied with the result. Excellent experience. Dr. Lee was incisive, thorough, better than I had experienced previously with other similar surgery. I had some ugly varicose veins in my right leg and smaller ones on the left leg. From the procedure I experienced a lot of pain but now my legs look much better and feel a lot better. The nurse was also very nice and took real good care of the surgical site on my right arm which was a different procedure. She also answered some questions about what to expect with my leg procedure. Everything was just excellent! I made an appointment and got in within two weeks. He removed moles that were rather bothersome. Smallest incision and scars I’ve ever had. I am very pleased with the results of this treatment on both my legs. There are still some bruises of the treatment but I'm sure they will fade. The change in the appearance of my legs is wonderful. Also, the fear I had of blood clot, etc., in the varicose veins is gone. I must confess that I had a few misgivings about this treatment and I think I phoned Dr. Lee several times. He was gracious about giving up so much time to talk to me. The surgical physician assistant took care of the phlebectomy treatment with confidence and efficiency. I was very pleased. I wish every office had a receptionist like the receptionist. I've known her quite a while now and it's always a pleasant experience to be in her presence. Yes I am very pleased my legs don't throb at the end of the day, or during the night. My right leg had varicose veins from groin area to mid-calf. Not only were they painful but looked terrible. Now my leg is smooth, no lumps or bumps. Both Dr. Lee and the surgical physician assistant were great. They made me feel comfortable, I was able to ask questions and received not only answers but full explanations. I was nervous about having any procedure done. I had put the procedure off for years. I was pleased though I didn't really know what to expect. I have much less leg pain and pressure than I had previous to this treatment. My legs didn't look that bad, but I had pain and pressure in both legs. After I had the treatment my legs felt better, beginning about 48 hours after the procedure-- very quick relief! Dr. Lee is a kind person and skilled physician. He listened to me and answered all my questions. As compared to other physicians, Dr. Lee spent more time with me trying to understand my problem. When I thought my leg was infected, I called and spoke with The nurse and she told me to come right in. It was Friday and she did not want me to wait over the weekend. I didn't know that the pain would get worse about 10 days after the procedure. The receptionist is most helpful. Your office is very efficient and well-organized. I felt comfortable. Everyone in the office was very professional. (*One thing that would have helped me understand the procedure better would be an animated video showing the procedure.)

My left leg was swelling and veins were protruding out. I could not stand on my feet more than a half hour without pain. After the procedure was completed it was a relief. To see no veins sticking out and I could wear shorts without embarrassment. I feel the surgical physician assistant listened to me and took care of my issues. During the procedure there was some pain. I am surprised she got all the veins. Scheduling and communication? Everyone was very nice and efficient. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I took some of the materials on my visit and passed them out to friends.

She is proficient in her treatment procedure, answers all questions, and has excellent patient rapport. The nurse was helpful at all times. She is friendly and responsive to questions presented. The receptionist and all staff were friendly and accommodating. The overall interaction with the office was excellent. Appointment waiting time was extraordinary. The appointment time was honored -- it meant something. Would I recommend this practice to my family and friends? Yes, definitely.

I just loved Dr. Lee! He is extremely caring, very efficient. I had absolutely no pain afterwards. My wife came with me and she felt really welcomed at the office. The receptionist and the nurses came out to check in with her and even asked if she wanted to come into the surgery and watch. I have already told my family about his practice and my wife even recommended it to someone in the grocery store!

Dr. Lee saved my life. I had lower bowel obstruction and he had to reposition everything. It seemed very complex but he explained everything in a way I could understand. The whole staff was wonderful; I walked in looking for a doctor to fix me and left with a group of really caring friends.
